PRICE
All the products are displayed in euros and all the transactions are made using euros. All prices are included of VAT.

The shipping fee is added to the your purchase. The fee depends on the shipping method that you choose or which is available in the destination country and it also depends on the weight/size of your purchase.

PAYMENT
To make a purchase, it has to be paid in advance.

You can choose to pay either with a bank link, PayPal or a direct bank transfer.

Bank link option is only available in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The variety of the offered bank links in these countries depend on the country.
In Estonia you can pay with – Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske, LHV and Krediidipank.
In Latvia – Swedbank, SEB, Nordea.
In Lithuania – SEB, Nordea.
When paying with a bank link, we inform you that our cooperation partner for payment of the Transaction Amount is Maksekeskus AS.

In all other countries besides Baltics you can pay via Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer.

Via Parcel machine
The parcel will arrive at the parcel machine 3 days after confirmed order. When the parcel will arrive, You will receive an SMS or an e-mail, which will contain the door code.

To the post office
The parcel will arrive after 7 days to the nearest post office.

Via courier
The parcel will arrive after 3-4 days.

LITHUANIA
Via Parcel machine
The parcel will arrive at the parcel machine after 3 working days if the destination is Vilnius and 4 days in case of all the other cities of Lithuania. When the parcel will arrive, You will receive an SMS or an e-mail, which will contain the door code.

To the post office
The parcel will arrive after 7 working days to the nearest post office.

Via courier
The parcel will arrive after 3-4 days.

EUROPE
Via post office
The parcel will arrive approximately after 6 days.

Via courier
The parcel will arrive after 4-10 days.

OTHER COUNTRIES
Via post office
The parcel will arrive approximately after 10 days.

The parcel will arrive after 6-9 days.

RETURNING
When you make a purchase it means that the contract has been made between you and us. You can cancel the contract starting from the day you receive your product(s) and during the period of 14 days including weekends and holidays. During this time you need to inform us of the cancellation and return the item(s).

We will make a refund to you during the 14 calendar days after the day we receive the returned item(s).

Once the product(s) have been sent to you and you decide to return them because you changed your mind, then you still need to pay for the shipping fee of the returned item(s). In this case the product package must be unopened, the products must be inside the original package and the product(s) must be unused.

If your received purchase is damaged, then you will be offered an exchange or a full refund after we have received the product(s). In case of damaged product(s) we will pay for the additional shipping fee.
