Ingredients:
Lavender, Globe Amaranth, Mint, Chamomile Petals, Mallow, Rose Petals. 3 reusable textile brewing bags (20 cm x 17 cm).

Benefits:
Tea for bath is a product uniquely designed to bring your skin into a state of bliss. It is made of beautiful blooms, each possessing special cosmetic properties.
Chamomile petals are known for their soothing and anti-inflammatory action. They help to combat skin irritation and improve blood microcirculation.
Lavender with its rich scent helps to relieve tension and improve mood.
Rose petals are rich in antioxidants and vitamins, that help to moisturize and nourish the skin, making it more elastic and radiant.
Globe Amaranth, a bright and sunny flower that will add a unique touch to your bath. It has a softening effect, making it an excellent component for skin care products.
Purple Mallow is a delicate flower with softening and soothing properties. It helps to relieve irritation and inflammation, it moisturizes and nourishes the skin.
Mint is rich in tannins, organic acids, and trace elements, making it an effective aid for problem skin. Mint helps to tighten pores, fight inflammation and accelerate skin regeneration.
While taking this flower tea-infused bath or hot tub, you will enjoy delightfully tender scents, bringing calm and tranquility, while your skin will enjoy becoming soft, smooth and radiant. Feel free to improvise and add to the bath seasonal plants like nettle, young birch leaves, spruce shoots.

Use:
1. Fill a textile bag with flowers.
2. For brewing place the bag in a separate container, add 2-3 liters of boiling water, let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
3. Add the brewed tea to the bathtub or hot tub filled with warm water.
4. Make yourself comfortable in the tub and enjoy scents and warm water around you. Floral baths are usually taken for 20-30 minutes.
5. After the bath, do not rinse skin with water to keep it flowery a bit more.
6. You can apply moisturizing oil to the skin to enhance the bath’s moisturizing effect.
7. Do not take herbal baths immediately after eating, as this may cause discomfort in the stomach. It is best to take baths 1-2 hours after having a meal.

Usage tips:
Make sure to ask family and other important ones not to disturb you during the bath. Prepare a space for rest and relaxation; you may want to light candles, play quiet pleasant music.
You can fully immerse yourself in tranquility and tune yourself to a meditative mood using the following breathing technique: the 4-7-8 technique requires you to breathe in for four counts, hold your breath for seven counts and then exhale for eight counts.
Feel how the air fully fills your lungs and spreads throughout the body, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Feel how your breaths dissipate in the air around you, how the warm water envelops your body, watch the soft waves running in the bath with each of your movements. Notice what you are thinking and feeling, and pay attention to your sensations afterward.
Always remember to be kind and attentive to yourself and listen to your inner voice, which will tell you what the body needs. Everything else will follow.
