How to harmonize our emotions?

Ayurveda provides a lot of remedies and advices that can improve our psychological well-being and balance our emotions.

AROMATHERAPY
Essential oils not only relieve tension or stress after a hard day, but also influence our psychological and mental state. Daily relaxation with essential oils or mixtures, during the period of 2-3 weeks, will lead to a more accurate perception of life events and stressful situations and will help to preserve health.
Here are the principal ‘stars’ – natural essential oils we recommend to use:

Home Perfume with Orange & Sandal Wood essential oils
Orange essential oil: Boosts mood. Invigorates and helps to enjoy life.
Ylang ylang essential oil: Balances emotions. Calms down. Removes anxiety, irritability and fear. Works as an antidepressant: gives sense of confidence and boosts the mood. Helps in case of insomnia.
Cedar essential oil: Removes tension and anxiety, helps to think straight. Brings calmness. Helps to overcome shocking experience or a weird and inexplicable event.
Bergamot essential oil: Provides tonifying effect. Effectively removes nervous tension and anxiety. Acts as an antidepressant, when a depression is caused by chronic stress and suppression of emotions. Relieves irritability.
Lavender essential oil: Provides relaxing and calming action. Helps when feeling exhausted and worried. Perfectly soothes and relieves irritability, anger and similar negative emotions. Harmonizes thoughts and feelings. Helps to see the big picture and to see things from another point of view. Superb remedy for insomnia. Also suitable for children.
Sandal essential oil: Harmonizes. Really effective in case of suffering from emotional attachments. Removes anxiety by bringing peace to soul.
There are different methods for using aromatherapy to have a positive effect on our emotions. At the end of a hard day it’s best to take a bath with aromatic bath bombs and to use home perfume with essential oils. If you need to recover from an argument or an emotional “outburst”, you can apply oil or solid perfume on a wrist’s pulse area or on a handkerchief and breathe in deeply for a couple of minutes. Relaxing massage with essential oils helps greatly, when a stressful state has become chronic.

PLANT (PHYTOTHERAPY) THERAPY
Using pure organic herbs in our diet can also help to bring back balance and harmony.
St John’s Wort: Increases quantity of serotonin in brain cells. Deficiency of this substance can cause depression.
Peppermint: Clarifies mind. Removes stiffness when socializing. Relieves mental and emotional tension. Fights against stagnant occurrences.
Melissa: Relaxes, removes muscular tension, rescues from insomnia.

Aromatic pillowette with lavender flowers
Lavender: Effect is similar to lavender essential oil. Promotes deep meditation and relaxation. Helps to recover loss of inner strength. Helps to reach inner harmony and balance. Removes depression and anxiety.
Camomile: Removes nervousness and improves emotional stability. Helps to overcome negative experiences.
Thyme: Clarifies desires and aspirations. Allows to see a situation clearly. Helps to decide on taking life-changing steps.
There are a lot of ways how to use herbs: squeezing juice from fresh plants to make a herbal compress or a beverage, preparing tea from dry leaves, infusing herbs in hot water to take a bath, etc.

MANTRA THERAPY
There are several crucial sounds that are very beneficial, because they have a certain frequency that affect our nervous system. For different purposes we can use different sounds (mantras).
HUM – eliminates fear and anxiety.
SHRIM – cooling, creative, feminine.
RAM – protecting sound, calming, placatory.
SHAM – brings independence, peace and satisfaction.
Dr. David Frawley advises not to wait until we fall into depression, but start using all of the above mentioned methods preventively before we feel anxiety.

REVIEWS

inna-zukInna Zuk, model and beauty specialist, Italy & Estonia:
"I’ve got to know your products through a Facebook prize draw.
I’ve won two aromatic oils (cornflower & sage and moisturizing face oil) and a creamy mask for eye area… and all that in fact happened on my birthday.
I couldn’t but fall in love… i’m that type of people, rare kind today by the way, for whom a scent is enough to fall in love with. Scent for me is highly important. Basically, my nose is my eyes.
I’ve begun using all of the mentioned right away and noticed that my skin started to change… besides before sleep I gently massage my face, so both oils and mask are a great sleeping aid as well.
I apply creamy mask for eye area all over my face… this mask is that good.
When I saw you were gonna be participating in the Design Market, I’ve had no doubts to come there and say thanks in person and obviously to buy more stuff. At the market I’ve also got free sample of your herbal composition for dry skin.
I, as a genuine appreciator of Ayurveda, was simply melting away from a completely recreated – you’ve made it! – ubtan experience…
Last week I did scrubbing twice… even though my skin is very sensitive (I guess, after being treated by your oils my skin’s sensitivity has turned into sensuality). And the final touch for my skin, which I honestly abuse and over-use all day long is lavender floral water. Oh yes, it’s so gorgeous.
Everything you do is simply magnificent. I can feel passion in every can and bottle.
With love, Inna Zuk."

Everything is hand-made, hand-picked, made in small bunches, no-chemicals, cruelty-free, gentle yet effective. I just LOVE this brand so much! Definitely check it out, and give it a try."

"A few weeks ago I switched face care products and problems began in the chin area. Before now I haven’t tried organic carrier oils and elixirs and thus didn’t know what to expect from the event and the products. Now since then I have been absolutely ecstatic about Botanic Garden products. In addition to the fact that my skin is cleansed and moisturised with organic products, the skin on my chin has seemingly got better."

bloggersmarketMarch 2016, BLOGGERSMARKET:
"We spent today's evening surrounded by the aromas of essential oils. Botanic Garden had invited us to introduce their organic cosmetics, which are hand made with the Ayurveda's principles in mind, and to let us mix some intriguing serums. We are already excited about Botanic Garden's products and soon you'll probably find more information from quite a few blogs!"
