3 Forming an enjoyable and useful habit of going to Russian Banya (steam bath) to enhance beauty.
Warming up, sweating, steaming with veniks (bunches of dried birch branches and leaves) and then, showering with an ice cold water – to put it briefly, it’s the best treatment for melancholy and the shortest way to beauty.
4 Changing a perspective on stress to stay beautiful.
There is no such thing as stress, there’s only our subjective interpretation of the situation. Try changing your view over it and it is possible that this situation will cease being a stressful one.
5 Getting outdoors to enjoy nature.
Just to stay silent for a while, to listen, to breathe, to contemplate, to lie on a blanket with a book. Or, the opposite – to run around playing soccer and badminton. Don’t forget, every time even the shortest one, spent outside is an excellent opportunity to recharge yourself!
