Kasulikkus ja kasutusviisid

Ylang-ylangi eeterlik õli destilleeritakse kaunistest Cananga puu õitest.

Selle rikkalik, lilleline aroom soodustab harmooniat ja avatust, aidates südamel pehmenduda ja meelel vabaneda. Ylang-ylang aitab vabaneda hirmust, pingest ja vihast, asendades need rahuliku ja sisemise kerguse tundega. Laialdaselt kasutatav peenikeses juuste ja naha hoolduses, toob see kaasa mitte ainult sensuaalse lillelise noodi, vaid ka sügava mugavuse ja emotsionaalse toitmise tunde.

Kasutamisnõuanded

Stressi leevendav vann: lisage 3–5 tilka sooja vanni (segatuna kandva õli või vannisoolaga), et aidata lõõgastuda ja taastada tasakaal.
Duširituaal: tilguta 5 tilka dušikraani äravoolu või põrandale (otsese veevoolu eest eemale) ja naudi pikka, sooja, aromaatilist dušši.
Aroomiteraapia: hajuta 2–3 tilka, et soodustada lõõgastumist, positiivsust ja emotsionaalset tasakaalu.
Juuksehooldus: lisa 1–2 tilka šampoonile või palsamile, et saada luksuslik lõhn ja toitev puudutus.
Nahahooldus: lahjendage kandjaõliga ja kandke pulssipunktidele või segage näo- või kehavõide sisse, et saada sensuaalne, rahustav rituaal.
Õhtune lõõgastus: kandke (lahjendatult) randmetele või kõrva taha.
