Omadused: See ravimtaimede matt on käsitsi punutud ravimtaimedest ja ürtidest. Tegemist on kõige lahedama korduvkasutatava saunatarvikuga. Seda tuleb saunalaval olles pihustada sooja veega. Kask, paju, tarn ja vaarikalehed on suurepärased ravimtaimed, mida saunas sisse hingata, need leevendavad stressi ja ärevust, puhastavad keha ja vaimu. Matil lamades imab nahk endasse taimede õlisid ja mahlasid. Matid tuleb pärast sauna kuivatada, neid võib 6 kuu jooksul korduvalt kasutada.

Kasutamine: Piserdage leiliruumis kuuma veega, lamage saunas matil, hingake sisse ravimtaimedest eralduvaid aroome. Pärast kasutuskorda tuleb matt kuivatada, et seda saaks uuesti kasutada. Matt on lahe disainielement, seega võib selle sauna riputada.
